Yes! Like your body, Your brain needs proper vacation more than anything else. But does it mean that you have to draw your travel plans and apply for leaves to give it a vacation. Ofcourse, that is one way!
However there are simpler ways that you can follow daily to give your brain the vacation is deserves`.

Some of the ways are listed below!

1. Give your  Eye Pleasing view: Take a break and go to a Nature’s place. An interesting new study on the physical and mental effects of the brain being in nature reveals the positive benefits of walking in nature, even if it’s a city park. Try walking among the trees if you’re feeling worn out. Bonus points if you daydream on the walk, too.

2. Let your  Sleep: Quality sleep is one of the most fundamental means to improve brain function. Forty-eight percent of American report that they’re sleep deprived. Quality sleep is one of the successful home remedy.

3. Give your  some Music to hear: Listening songs is the one of the powerful ways to let your mind relax and refresh. Provide your brain a good number of your favorite playlist of songs.

4. Become Lazy  “Do Later”: Yes don’t get surprised. Become lazy! Do this later!. It’s important to feel lazy and it’s natural. Your brain feels laziness’ after taking so much of stress. So, sometimes it’s important to be lazy and do things later.

5. Give your  Meditation Therapy: We don’t often turn our brains off, so meditation is a good practice to shut down the brain. You can also do Yoga, zumba, exercise. Whatever makes your brain relax. 

6. Pamper you’re with  Good Spa: Yes your brain also needs some spa. Pamper your brain with good massage and oiling. Keep your brain free and do allow it to think naughty and be creative.

             Take a chill pill and allow your brain to be foolish. Yes allow it to imagine out of the box, something creative, do some stupid and foolish stuff without hurting others and yourself. Allow it to become naughty! Think upside down. Allow it to open the doors of imaginations. Allow it to enter into new world, land of dreams.

Your brain needs a good vacation sometimes.
