    Very Interesting read and really unique topic .I believe understanding the real customers and their pain points, need etc get us tons of new data and ideas which can be explored and should be analysed thoroughly to create the right buyer persona for our products. This is really important today because more targeted means the better ROI.

    Thank you for the article, it helped me a lot. One question: how did you determine that Raj had interest in Looking for Best Coaching institutes in Delhi,
    while Sam didn’t (in the buyer persona table)?

      Hi Lana,

      Thanks for your appreciation. It really helps me a lot and keeps me going!

      When I was looking into analytics and checked demographics > Age… Then in secondary dimensions checked Queries.

      That told me that 18-24 segment was looking for Best Coaching Institutes in Delhi.

      For that segment the Avatar is Raj.

      I hope now you know why that doesn’t feature for Sam. Do let me know for any other query. Also subscribe for our Blog!
